At this point we locate your mainline under ground and tap into it with a new branch to serve your desired fixture and/or fixtures with a venting system per code.

some families have multiple people living upstairs and downstair, making it difficult to share one washer on the main level or upstairs level. Lujan PSI offers estimates in jobs installing a whole new washer box for your family living in the basement. The luxury of having two washers! (Dryer vent and electrical will have to be hired out by you, our customer)

In many of our plumbing top outs, especially in basement finishes, we have to open up concrete to get access to the underground base plumbing in order to tap into the main waste line and add a branch Drain for the desired plumbing fixtures. In this event, we not only expose the base plumbing but we also patch up concrete when finished.
